Hawks sweep the Michigan Nationals in Girls Academy

Congratulations Michigan Hawks for their successful trip to Michigan Nationals and for taking maximum points.  in Development Academy Action this last weekend!  The Michigan Hawks went 4-0 with an aggregate score of 17-4 vs the Michigan Nationals.

The 2003s were led by Sam Woods’ 4 goals, winning 5-2.  The 2004s had four different goal scorers in their 4-0 shutout win.  The 2000 Hawks got a hat trick from Cam Evans in a 5-0 shutout.  In the closest game of the weekend, the 2001 Hawks held on to win 3-2 with Maciah Lipsey saving a penalty kick late.

The teams go to Chicago next weekend to play FC United and the Eclipse, good luck.
